China’s Mould Industry
★ Mould is the process equipment of component and part manufacturing, completing the comprehensive transformation from skill-oriented to technology-oriented; intellectual manufacturing, mould manufacturing automatic production line, in-mould-decoration technology, in-mould assembly technology and equipment, and laser processing are widely applied in the industry; Intensifying reverse project, detection, and process control have been reflection of competitive force; the rate of fixed asset input and mould growth output in mould industry is from 1:1 to 1:1.5, even 1:2. In fixed asset investment, the input of equipment of mould manufacturing accounts for over 70% (in 2013, the sales amount of mould increased by 14 billion Yuan, and procurement of mould enterprise equipment was about 15 billion Yuan).

Machine Tool
In 2013, import and export of machine tool were 25.62 billion USD, a year-on-year decrease of 12.9%; thereinto, export was 9.53 billion USD, a year-on-year increase of 3.2%; import was 16.09 billion USD, a year-on-year decrease of 20.2%. The trade deficit of import and export was 6.56 billion USD, a year-on-year decrease of 40.1%. The export of machine tool products was 9.53 billion USD in 2013, a year-on-year increase of 3.2%.
Metal processing machine tool
The import of metal processing machine was 10.1 billion USD, a year-on-year decrease of 26.0%. Thereinto, the import of numerical control machine tool was 8.21 billon USD, a year-on-year decrease of 26.5%.
The export of metal processing was 2.86 billion USD, a year-on-year increase of 4.4%; thereinto, export of numerical control machine tool was 1.14 billion USD, a year-on-year increase of 5.8%.
Metal Forming Machine Tool
In metal-processing machine, the import of metal-cutting machine tool was 7.99 billion USD, a year-on-year decrease of 28.4%; thereinto, the import of CNC metal-cutting machine tool was 7.03 billion USD, a year-on-year decrease of 28.3%. The import of forming machine tool was 2.11 billion USD, a year-on-year decrease of 15.5%; thereinto, the import of CNC forming machine tool was 1.18 billion USD, a year-on-year decrease of 13.9%.
In metal-processing machine tool, the export of metal-cutting machine was 1.88 billion USD, a year-on-year increase of 1.3%; thereinto, the export of CNC metal-cutting machine tool was 920 million USD, a year-on-year increase of 3.2%. The export of forming machine tool was 980 million USD, a year-on-year increase of 10.7%; thereinto, the export of CNC forming machine tool was 210 million USD, a year-on-year increase of 18.4%.
Automobile, Electronic Products, Aircraft
★ In 2013, China produced 22.1168 million vehicles and sold 21.9841 million vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 14.8% and 13.9%. The production and sales exceeded 21 million vehicles, a new world record. China has ranked first around the world for five years. The sales income of automobile components, parts, and accessory manufacturing industry exceeded 2 trillion Yuan, and export exceeded 330 billion Yuan. While providing high high-precision, high-rigidity, and high-stability moulds, the integrated control technologies have realized inner quality of automobile parts and components. ★ In 2013, the demands of China’s electronic products increased by double-digit again. The total expenditure exceeded USD 1.5 trillion. There into, smart phone and tablet personal computer accounted for 40% global overall consumption of technology products. The audio and video products related to individual, family, broadcasting, and camcorder, radio, radio-cassette recorder, audio system, record player, compact disc, etc. The high-speed, precision, high-effcient, complex (multi-cavity and multi-column) and high performance forming die will develop faster and applied in the following areas: telephone, personal computer, family office equipment, household electronic health care equipment, automobile electronic product, digital camera, cellphone, PDA, communication launching station, large-scale integrated circuit, etc.
